CYPRUS TOWN HOUSES

Creating a new project for our beautiful Cyprus has not been easy for us after our Milos Park Homes project, which has won many awards and achieved rapid sales success in a short time. However, as soon as we saw the unique position of Cyprus Town Houses, we were inspired to develop a project worthy of nature, texture and location there.

We set out to build traditional Cyprus houses within the framework of the century and today’s living conditions. We added the arches, pergolas, courtyards, jambs, pattern mosaic tiles, rafters and beautiful Cyprus doors to our project, which are the most beautiful elements of the traditional Cyprus architecture that we encounter on this road. We dreamed of the long-term friendly neighborhood relationships and social spaces full of peace.

We did not stop being innovative, we broke new ground in North Cyprus and realized the first BREEAM certified housing project!

We have no doubt that the Cyprus Town Houses project will be an example in every sense and will have a successful project process.
